Holy Trinity is beginning a Vocations Ministry. We want to pray and work that we each have a sense of Vocation as single, married, religious, or ordained persons.  We pray especially for our young people as they search out what vocation God is calling them to.

We are sending home a beautiful cross on a stand (of the Crucified/Risen Christ like in our church) along with our parish Vocation Prayer with 5 Confirmation students every two weeks. After all the Confirmation families have prayed with the cross in their homes, we will begin sending it home to parish families.  We’ll let you know how you can participate.

Holy Trinity Vocation Prayer

God our Father, you have and called us from our baptism to be your light in the darkness of our world as your chosen disciples. Help each of us to say YES to our life vocation to the single or married life, to the religious life, or to the ordained ministry. Good Shepherd of us all, guide our young people to know what vocation You are calling them to. Send us your Holy Spirit that we may all live our baptism with courage, dedication, and trust.  We ask this through Christ Our Lord.  Amen
