Ministry with the Sick and Homebound

Homebound Ministry extends Holy Trinity’s sense of community and Church to those unable to attend services in our worship space. Ministers make weekly visits to the Homebound of the parish. We share prayer, scripture and Christ’s presence in the Eucharist.

Homebound Ministry is designed to support those parishioners who are not able to attend services for a prolonged period of time. For emergency visits due to extreme illness or for those in need of the sacrament of Anointing of the Sick, please call the parish office.

If you know of someone who cannot attend services in our worship space and would like a visit from a Homebound Minister, please contact the ministry leader.
