"Founded on the understanding that economic insecurity is often the result of interlaced issues, the Beaverton Resource Center (BRC) offers a central hub for individuals and families living in the Beaverton area to more easily find help. With a broad range of social service partners in one place, we empower those dealing with hunger, homelessness, and poverty to create stability for a better tomorrow."
Holy Trinity is a proud partner (and next-door neighbor!) of the BRC.
The BRC and its partners offer FREE PCR testing for COVID-19 from 12:00-7:00pm, Monday through Friday. No insurance is necessary and results are available within 48 hours. Testing is done in the parking lot next to Barnes Elementary School (see map to the right/below); you can drive-thru or walk-up. Appointments are preferred and will take priority over walk-ins, but they are not required. Sign-up here!
They also continue to provide FREE, safe, confidential COVID-19 vaccines and boosters are available to everyone ages 5+ every Friday from 10:00-4:00pm! You do not need insurance to get vaccinated (but if you do have insurance please bring that information with you). Walk-ins are welcome and appointments are not required!

Check out this great interview with the BRC and Beaverton Foursquare Church! Al Schmitt (former Director of Community Outreach here at HT) and Lisa Mentasana discuss how and why the BRC was formed, and the needs of the community they are working to address.
