On the First Friday of every month Benediction follows the 8:15am Mass, followed by Exposition and Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament until 8:00pm. You are encouraged to come for adoration in the chapel during those hours.
A Holy Hour of Adoration is held on the first and third Thursday of the month from 6:00-7:00pm in the Chapel. All are welcome to join whenever your schedule allows.
Our chapel is available 24/7 for those who wish to spend time with our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament. If you do not know the door code, we ask that you come in during office hours so we can give you the code and show you the entrance. We will not give out the code over the phone or via email. Thank you for your understanding and helping us to ensure the chapel remains a secure, safe, and peaceful space for everyone!
Jesus wants you to spend time with him any way you want. You may bring your own prayer books, read the Bible, pray the rosary, or just sit and relax and enjoy the sweet peace that comes from simply being in the Presence of God. You may feel that you can't pray well. Don't let this discourage you. The mere fact that you take time to spend time with Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament is in itself a prayer of great faith.
“The Eucharist is the source and summit of the Christian life. The other sacraments, and indeed all ecclesial ministries and works of the apostolate, are bound up with the Eucharist and are oriented toward it. For in the blessed Eucharist is contained the whole spiritual good of the Church, namely Christ himself.”
—Catechism of the Catholic Church #1324, quoting Lumen Gentium: Dogmatic Constitution on the Church from the Second Vatican Council
