The mission of our Parish Events Ministry is to strengthen our parish family through social activities. We particularly strive to include new parishioners into the life of the community.
The Parish Events Ministry organizes our three major annual events:
The Parish Picnic in September, to celebrate the start of a new school year and the end of summer
The Epiphany Party in January, to celebrate the birth of Jesus, the arrival of the Three Magi, and the new year
The International Festival in May, our largest event that celebrates the beautiful diversity of our community that comes together as one in the Body of Christ.
In addition to the above, there are a variety of other events that occur throughout the year thanks to volunteer efforts throughout the parish, including the Hallelujah Hootenanny and Soup Suppers & Stations of the Cross.
Students needing community service hours are especially welcome — whatever your comfort zone, there’s always room for a helping hand with the Parish Events Ministry, and we’ll find a fun task for you! Contact the Parish Events Ministry leaders with any questions.
