Begin the season of Lent with a restorative retreat designed just for YOU! Join us March 7–9, 2025 for the 10th annual Holy Trinity Women’s Retreat (formerly Christ Renews His Parish, or CRHP).
Our theme this year is Restore, inspired by Psalm 23:3 — “He restores my soul. He guides me along right paths for the sake of His name.” Our God is an awesome God! He stands with us, leading us to still waters, and restores our souls; if we but look to him, invite him into our suffering, our joy, our need and our abundance.
Join us in unpacking this theme over the weekend. God has a message for you; come and receive!
After you submit your registration form (regardless of whether you "Pay now" or "Pay later"), you'll notice that the automated response that appears is displaying last year's message instead of an updated message for this year. We are aware of this system bug and are working with our website host to get this fixed as soon as possible! We apologize for the confusion caused by this. Please read the following updated message in its stead:
Thanks for registering to attend our upcoming Women's Retreat! We are excited to meet you and share this experience. We'll be in touch soon to discuss details.
If you are paying by check, please send it to the following address:
Attn. Erica Wills
Holy Trinity Catholic Church
13715 SW Walker Road
Beaverton, OR 97005-1017
Checks should be made out to Holy Trinity Catholic Church and have "Women's Retreat" written in the memo line. You can also bring the payment in directly to the parish office (open Monday through Friday, 8:00-4:00pm) or to the Information Desk in the church narthex at any of our weekend Masses.
If you marked that you need financial assistance, our Team Leader, Allison Connolly, will be in touch with you to discuss this further.
Our women's retreat began in the Christ Renews His Parish (CRHP) format. CRHP is a dynamic parish renewal process that originated in 1969, and was purchased and revamped by Matthew Kelly of Dynamic Catholic in 2009-2011.
At Holy Trinity, the original retreat format was slowly altered to include and exclude features when incorporating feedback from attendees over the course of ten years. With CRHP as a foundation, our retreat committee has been able to grow the Women’s Retreat into a unique and enriching experience for the women of our parish and the larger community. Though we have departed from the strict structure of CRHP, it provided a wonderful foundation that we strive to continue building upon year after year by bringing new and inspiring experiences that feed our spiritual journey.
We aim to provide an atmosphere for individual spiritual growth through sharing, prayer, and personal reflection. You will hear amazing faith journeys from Catholic women from your community. You can share conversations and thoughts (as much or as little as you desire) with women who also encounter many of the same demands of everyday life in family, society, and at work.
You'll have opportunities for free/quiet time throughout the weekend as well, when you can visit the gift shop, visit the gift shop, walk the gardens, pray in the chapel, or visit with other attendees. The retreat will also include the opportunity to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation, pray the Stations of the Cross and the Rosary, participate in guided meditation, and attend Mass.
The weekend can be made as a renewal experience with no further commitments. However, some participants afterwards choose to volunteer as part of the Leadership Team to plan future retreats.
The Women's Retreat is primarily for parishioners 18 and older who are seeking spiritual renewal, desiring to grow closer to Christ, or searching for a deeper sense of purpose within the parish community. Women from other parishes are also welcome, as space allows. Registration is limited to 40 women due to room availability. Praying for guidance is important; if you feel that Christ, through the Holy Spirit, may be calling you, don't hesitate to sign-up today!
There is a registration fee, and the amount is dependent upon when you register; a discount is provided for those who register early. For the 2025 retreat, the fee for registering by February 23rd is $250. Registering after February 23rd will cost $270. The fee covers the two-night stay in your private room and all meals, including dinner on Friday.
Financial assistance from the parish is available as needed. The spirit of the retreat is to make the experience available for all!
The retreat is held at the Our Lady of Peace Retreat Center in Beaverton. Check-in is on Friday afternoon from 4:30-5:30pm, followed by dinner. The retreat ends around 1:30pm on Sunday afternoon, following Mass at noon. Participants will stay overnight at the Retreat Center in private rooms. Meals will be prepared by the sisters and every effort will be made to accommodate special dietary needs. The entire weekend is informal. Comfortable, casual attire is preferred.
